This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit Herb Aisle at herbaisle.com.
What we collect
Herb Aisle has no accounts, analytics or advertising, and it doesn't set any cookies of its own. We don't sell personal information.
Checkout email
Our checkout asks for your email address before you continue to the payment page. We use it to send you the guarantee and support details for the product you chose. If you tick the box for updates, we also email you about new products and price changes; every update email lets you unsubscribe. We store your email, the product and package you chose and the time, and we keep them until you ask us to delete them or for at most 24 months. Email sending and storage run on our hosting provider's servers. Card details are never entered on or stored by Herb Aisle: you pay on a separate secure payment page.
Server logs
Like every website, our hosting provider records standard technical data when a page is requested: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. These logs keep the site secure and running, and the host keeps them for a limited time.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and we delete the conversation once it's no longer needed.
The payment page
For partner products, the payment page is run by the brand's payment provider. It may use cookies, including one that records that you came from Herb Aisle. Its own privacy policy applies once you leave Herb Aisle.
Fonts and other services
Our fonts and images are served from our own server, and our pages don't load scripts from other companies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its use. Email contact@herbaisle.com and we'll respond. You can also contact your local data protection authority.
Children
Herb Aisle is meant for adults and isn't directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
